All door stiles and rails are packed with fiberglass insulation, providing protection against inclement weather and damage.
Independent Swing-Out Glass
We offer a sleek low-profile swing-out glass system that allows for ventilation and easy glass cleaning. The profile of your door, from front to back, is clean and unobstructed by excessive hinges or latches. Our glass is 1” double-pane tempered and insulated and available in a variety of styles.
Pre-hung
All of the SYSEN Design entry doors are pre-hung. Our pre-hung doors include: jamb, doors, heavy-duty low profile hinging, astragals, flush bolts, roller latches, jamb weatherstripping and neoprene astragal weather-stripping. All components are fully mortised for a flush finished product. We bore a standard 1 1/2” dead-bolt hole with a 2 3/8” backset as standard. Ages Design will deliver a turn-key product; ready for immediate use and life-long satisfaction.
Thickness
All of our doors are 2” thick, which is the thickest measure in our industry. Many competitors produce 1 1/2” thick doors.
Finishes
All of our doors and gates are thoroughly sandblasted, treated and powder-coated at 450 degrees providing an ultra durable basecoat and finish. We can also apply one of our attractive hand-faux finishes over our powder-coat to add additional character and charm.
